Time inscribes perseverance, and unwavering aspirations bind us in gratitude for every fellow traveler. On the afternoon of January 23, 2026, the 2025 Annual Awards & Service Souvenirs Ceremony unfolded warmly in the conference room, against an atmosphere of solemnity and vibrancy.

General Manager Ding Xiaoming delivered a heartfelt address steeped in sincerity and gratitude, conferring his sincere thanks and utmost esteem upon all award winners and the entire workforce. He noted that 2025 marked a year of collective fortitude in surmounting challenges: projects were subjected to stringent manufacturing criteria and tight timelines, yet the entire workforce rallied as one to deliver profit performance that outshone the Group. This remarkable achievement is no individual’s merit, but a collective glory forged by every colleague’s sweat and perseverance. Quoting former General Manager Henry Warkentin, he said: "Long service at a company turns a job into a lifelong career. All corporate achievements stem from our joint dedication. Thank you all." These words stand as a testament to long-serving employees and encapsulate the symbiotic bond between the enterprise and its people.

Amid resounding applause, the award presentation commenced. Every honor is a testament to down-to-earth dedication; every trophy a paean to relentless striving. For 2025, five Production Pace-setters and three Outstanding Employees were named the honorees. The pace-setters, rooted in the frontlines, discharged their duties with an artisan’s pursuit of excellence; the Outstanding Employees, abiding by their roles, embraced heavy responsibilities and set an exemplary standard for all. Huang Zhiyong, Director of Manufacturing, and Li Yuchun, Human Resources Manager, presented certificates of honor to the awardees, with General Manager Ding Xiaoming personally bestowing the trophies. The honorees posed for group photos with leadership, immortalizing these moments of glory.

Whereas the Annual Awards celebrate exceptional performance, the Service Souvenirs pay homage to enduring dedication. Fifteen years of unwavering resolve, twenty of united fellowship, twenty-five of steadfast devotion, thirty of unyielding perseverance – many senior employees have evolved from youthful professionals to seasoned veterans, devoting half their lives to their respective posts. A total of 39 senior employees received Service Souvenirs at the ceremony: 35 with 15, 20 or 25 years of service, and four with 30 years, namely Qi Yusen (Production Supervisor), Ding Xiaoming (General Manager), Peng Zhenxing (Director of Quality and Safety) and Meng Lingzhao (Safety Manager).

During the Service Souvenirs presentation, GM Ding Xiaoming personally approached each senior employee, presenting the souvenirs and his profound appreciation. Each souvenir encapsulates the enterprise’s gratitude for decades of unwavering commitment; each handshake deepens the warm covenant between the company and its employees. Notably, Manager Li Yuchun presented the 30-year Service Souvenir to GM Ding, a fellow honoree with three decades of service.
