The SHICN 2025-Q3 Safety Meeting was successfully held on September 18 at SHI FW Power Machinery Co., Ltd. ("SFWPM"). Organized by the Environment and Safety Department of SHI China and presided over by General Manager Mr. Koji Shibata, the meeting was attended by safety management personnel from 10 SHI China factories either on-site or online. It focused on the themes of "summarizing recent safety work, analyzing current risks and challenges, and arranging tasks for safety and occupational health in the next phase".
At the meeting, Mr. Ding Xiaoming (General Manager), Mr. Peng Zhenxing (Quality/HSE Director) and Mr. Huang Zhiyong (Manufacturing Director) from SFWPM attended the opening ceremony. The 10 SHI China factories took turns to report on the objectives and accomplished results of their 2025 safety management activities, simultaneously informed about the implementation of key safety and health work in Q3, and reviewed the occurrence of accidents during the quarter and the progress in key topics such as disaster prevention in each factory. Participants conducted in-depth exchanges on the safety problems and key topics of each factory.
On September 19, the Environment and Safety Department of SHI China, together with safety personnel from all on-site participating factories, carried out a safety inspection of SFWPM. The inspection team conducted a comprehensive and detailed inspection covering the implementation of operation procedures, the operating status of equipment, the implementation of labor protection measures, fire safety system guarantees, and the implementation of 5S management. They also took photos to record both the highlights and areas needing improvement in on-site safety and health work, and conducted in-depth communications during the subsequent exchange meeting. On the whole, SFWPM strictly complied with the basic safety management requirements of SHI China, with its safety management system operating smoothly and good on-site safety order maintained.
The meeting completed all agendas efficiently and achieved the expected results.
